On the Course Catalog Maintenance home page and on the Main Menu page, there are four links for course and section data entry related sites. These links go to the HEI server site. There are two ways to load course and section data. You can add or modify courses using data entry screens. Or, you can submit course and section data through a batch file format. The file structures for both approaches are called Distance Learning Course Offerings (DO) and Distance Learning Course Sections (DS). The four links that lead data entry on the Course Catalog Maintenance page are listed below.
